Trouble Shooting
Green pool recovery :My Pools green what do I do? Do I empty it?Our professional staff with years of experience will come out and assess the pool before taking any drastic measures. In most cases we can bring your pool back to looking brand new without emptying in a short period of time.
Pump repair : Is your pump noisy? Has it stopped working? Our friendly staff will come out and asses your pump. If we can not fix this on site we will take it off repair (if possible). If we can not repair your pump we will sit down and work out the best option for you.
Sand change :Water clarity can't seem to get it right? This is a very good indicator that your media in your filter may need changing as this should be done ever 3-5 years. In the case of you having a cartridge filter, you may need to change your elements or look at getting a sand filter.
Leak detection :Do you think your loosing water? Not sure where the leak is coming from? This could be a result of: a cracked pipe, a hole in the liner, or a hairline crack in the pool. we have a team that comes out to check all of this and can pin point a near exact location to save ripping up your backyard unnecessarily.
Re sticking of tiles :A tile has come off, do I need to pull them all off?No we can come out and re stick individual tiles.
Re plumbing equipment :Why has my pipes moved? nothing is sitting level.This could be because we have had such dramatic ground movment that over time has made filters sink, pipes bend or needing new equipment. There is no need to worry, Our qualified staff will come out and re level and re plumb it for you.
Fixing broken pipes :I have water coming out of my pipes what does that mean?It sounds like you have a broken pipe, our trained staff can come out and fix the problem promptly.
My pool is stained what do i do? In some cases where your pool is very stained and chlorine will not fix the problem, we would empty and acid wash the pool.
